QuickBooks Accounting Software
PPS Commerce software acts like a bridge between the processor and QuickBooks Accounting software. QuickBooks Premiere, Pro, and Enterprise 2005-2008. Not yet compatible with Windows Vista.
The QuickBooks Plug-in, will not change the way you use QuickBooks. For example, if a merchant needed to
create an invoice for a customer in QuickBooks, they would first “Create an Invoice”, next “Receive the Payment”,
and lastly save this payment. Once the merchant selects: “Save & Close” in QuickBooks, the QuickBooks Plug-in
will appear containing all of the customer information (credit card number, expiration date, address … ect). Simply
click “Process”, and your transaction will be complete within 2-3 seconds! Please see the following illustrations for
